What it means for you.
Buying
Prices are still rising, but 8% fewer homes changed hands. There is more room to choose and to negotiate than a year ago.
Selling
Values are firm, yet buyers take their time. A home priced right from the first day sells; an ambitious price waits.
Investing
Rents pay most in San Roque (Sotogrande) and Benalmádena, at 4.9% and 4.1% gross. In Marbella (3.4%) the return has come from value rather than rent.
