About Fuengirola

Easy, sunny and always open.

Fuengirola sits on the coast between Mijas and Benalmádena, and is one of the few towns on the Costa del Sol that is as busy in January as in August. A long seafront promenade, a marina, the Moorish castle of Sohail and a centre full of shops and restaurants make it easy to live in, and the train runs from the town centre to Málaga airport and the city.

  • A promenade the length of the town.
  • Beaches from Los Boliches to the castle.
  • Shops, markets and restaurants all year.
  • The train to the airport and Málaga.
  • Golf and the hills of Mijas behind.
